COVID-19 CALL FOR RESEARCH PROPOSALS:
Quick Implementation Call UN-Research Roadmap COVID-19
This call will prioritize collaborative projects, with an emphasis on transnational partnerships. Research projects must be oriented to produce conclusions and scientific evidence with the potential to influence or guide the proposition of public policies (policy-oriented as opposed to science-driven) in response to problems such as those identified in the UN Research Roadmap for the COVID- 19 Recovery, which had the active participation of FAPESP.
Call for Research Proposals for the Development of Technologies for Products, Services and Processes for Combating Disease by Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19)
FAPESP offers a special financing line in the amount of R$ 20 million, under PIPE-Phase III and in partnership with Finep, to support micro and small companies and startups willing to apply or scale innovative processes or products related to the disease.

Call for Research Proposals - Rapid Implementation Supplements Against COVID-19: Thematic Projects, Young Researchers, CEPIDs and CPEs
FAPESP provides an additional R$ 10 million to redirect research projects already underway, in Thematic Projects, Young Investigator Grants, Research, Innovation and Dissemination Centers and Engineering Research Centers or Applied Research Centers, for the understanding, risk reduction, management and prevention of COVID-19 and coronavirus.
